Southern Roots Outfitters is based in Colorado near Vail and Glenwood Springs. We primarily guide float trips on the Colorado, Eagle, and Roaring Fork Rivers.
If you are searching for fishing destinations outside of the Colorado area, we also have partnerships with guides in Arkansas, and International partnerships from the Flats of Guanaja, to the blue water in Baja, Mexico!

We target big trophy Rainbow and Brown Trout that hide in the waters of the Eagle, Colorado, and Roaring Fork Rivers.
The Colorado river also contains other species of trout such as Cutthroat and Cuttbow Trout. Once in a blue moon, we will hook a Yellow Belly Sucker Fish or Common Carp.
