We love dogs! 

Some dogs; however, are more suited to the water than others.  Goldens, Cattle Dogs, Corgis, Shepards, and Labradors are all great swimmers.  

Remember, we fish in areas where there are wild animals.  We regularly see eagles bigger than many small dogs.  We recommend that your dog be responsive to calls, able to swim, and ideally bigger than large birds.
